‘We met on St Patricks day in 2015 at the dancing Dog Pub in Footscray. James was living in Footscray and Chris was passing through Melbourne on his way back to Canada after a years travelling in NZ – Chris’s sister was living in Footscray at the time. James had been out to dinner with a couple of friends who were immigrating to Canada, they stopped in for a drink afterwards – some overheard conversations later, the Canadians joined the James and friends , several Jamesons were consumed, numbers were exchanged, there may have been some kissing.’
